Terms of Service
Effective date: March 30, 2026. These Terms govern your access to Voicast Academy courses, tools, and related content (the “Services”).
1 Agreement & Eligibility
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
2 Accounts, Security & Communications
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- We may send you service-related messages (e.g., receipts, account notices, security alerts). These are part of the Services.
- You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
3 Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
Paid offerings (including courses, bundles, and subscriptions) are billed at the price and cadence shown at checkout, in your selected currency (or your card issuer’s converted amount).
- Taxes: applicable taxes may be added where required.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: cancellation stops future renewals; access may continue until the end of the paid period.
- Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback may suspend access pending resolution.
Refunds: if required by law, you may have a right of withdrawal. Where permitted, we may offer refunds within 14 days for unused content. “Unused” generally means you have not substantially accessed or downloaded the relevant materials.
To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your purchase details.
4 Acceptable Use (Strict)
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:
- Copying, redistributing, sharing login access, reselling, or publicly posting course materials without written permission.
- Using the Services to infringe intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
- Attempting to interfere with, probe, or compromise our systems (including scraping, credential stuffing, or bypassing access controls).
- Uploading or transmitting malicious code or content designed to disrupt the Services.
- Using the Services for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, with or without notice, to protect the Services and other users.
5 Intellectual Property & License
The Services, including course videos, templates, text, graphics, and brand elements, are owned by Voicast Academy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal learning or internal business purposes.
No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated. You may not remove proprietary notices or use our content to build a competing product or library.
6 Disclaimers (Educational Content)
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all content is complete or suitable for your specific needs.
Outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including your effort, experience, audience, and market conditions. Any examples, projections, or case studies are illustrative and not promises of results.
The Services do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voicast Academy and its affiliates, instructors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific paid Service giving rise to the claim during the 3 months before the event first occurred.
8 Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the Services.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Contact) will survive.
